She is so wanting to please,an outstanding retriever, and a very nice temperment. ALL family and friends can'not get over the intelligence, athletic ability. and commands this dogs performs. She is of Springer Spaniel size,has a Springer Head, but is black like her dad. I have trained her off a leash to heel perfect whether it is walking or biking. I My daughter who is now 10 (Kobe is 7) are inseperable. I will never get another breed of dog now that I have discovered this hybryd. She is so smart it amazes my wife and I. I bought her as a good family dog as I quit hunting years ago, but she would be a TOP NOTCH bird dog big time. She would be a hunters dream for her stealth,brilliance and determination.She is the opposite of gun-shy. They have one mission in life and that is to make everyone happy. Daisy is chocolate springador and is 5 years old, climbed the three peakes, Snowdon, Scarfell, and Ben Nevis. Ghillie is black and 18mths old and a bounding bundle of fun. They are complete oposites to look at though Daisy has short legs and a thick set body, While Ghillie is tall and athletic body, somebody once said he was like David Beckham. She is very obedient and loves to please us. She has seperation anxiety but other then that she is the perfect dog. She loves little kids and lets them throw the ball for her. She spent many hours visiting the elementary school and nursing homes comforting and playing ball with anyone she could charm. She demanded space from other dogs though and would often not allow them to approach her. She didn't bark often but had many different vocalizations for when she was hungry, wanting to play, wanting a walk or missing my wife when she was out.
