The service we provide to your dog is most important to us, we want to make sure your dog feels safe and comfortable during his visit… we do not operate like a production line… Your dog will always receive one to one individual attention whilst he is here.
Our new purpose built dog Grooming Salon has been especially designed for your special dog… This means that you’re dog will be groomed in a modern, safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Everything has been carefully planned even down to the lighting!
We have all the latest equipment, which includes an American state of the art dog bath, top of the range electric grooming table, thermostatically controlled water, Video intercom, and a new reception/waiting area. There is also a designated car parking space right outside.
There is also a safe enclosed grassed area where your dog can play and go to the toilet. We also welcome pre visits to the salon so your dog can get used to being here before he comes in for his groom, and it also gives you a chance to see it for yourself.

Your Dog’s Organic Bath includes a relaxing massage with our natural and organic shampoo, this will be especially selected to suit your dogs coat and skin type. Your dog will then receive a gentle conditioning treatment leaving him feeling refreshed and relaxed, ready for his groom.
Please note if your dog is very matted, it would be advisable to clip them off and start again! It is a lot kinder for the dog if dematting can be avoided!

Review: I have two Jack Russell cross Patterdales. Natalie grooms them to a very high standard and obviously loves working with dogs. I heard about her through friends who were very happy with her services. If you walk around Lindfield you can see many of her satisfied customers, and their owners are pretty pleased too!!
