A Chihuahua West Highland Terrier (Westy) Cross will definitely be a small dog, with low to medium grooming needs.
They can also be called “Chesty” although I don’t think that description fits this small dog very well. He or she will have a fairly high energy level. Likely to be inquisitive and will be good with older children.

This is Oliver, a terrier cross rescue dog who became part of our family recently. Suspecting that he had some chihuahua in him, I was searching around on the net for pictures that look like him… Now that I’ve seen your picture, I guess I can say that he’s a Westie Chihuahua cross!

We have just got a westie x chihuahua. He is a 9 week old little boy with a mainly black coat but with hints of brown and white paws and chest. Mother westie and father light brown chihuahua, from a litter of 7!
