GetSetPet Magazine & Website: Are dedicated to raising awareness of the remarkable work that many rescue centres and volunteers do across the country. GetSetPet pledge to try our best to help them in their quest, of finding new loving homes for the animals they care for daily & to encourage sponsorship for the ones that are not so lucky.

We aim to provides a unique community oriented service to local pet lovers. Our aim is to educate and inspire the local community in the welfare of its animals.

The heart and soul of GetSetPet is driven by the fact that every week over 1000 dogs are put to sleep and many other animals are neglected and abandoned. Animals deserve to know a life of love, comfort and companionship.

Every 6 months a new rescue in need is nominated to receive any donations we can collect as well as our donations. GetSetPet donations are driven by sales of advertising pages of local pet business and sales of pet supplies through our shop, where we donate all net profit to our current cause.

Ways you can help

If you already have pets you can buy your food, toys and accessories from GetSetPet Online Pet Shop we offer a good range of products at competitive prices, the only difference with buying your pet stuff from GetSetPet is that all net profits go back to help animals in need not to a board of directors!

We are always looking for heart warming rescue stories to print in our magazine or put on our website, to show just how rewarding a pet from a rescue can be. Educating people to understand that just because an animal is in rescue does not make it a bad.

If you run a pet business of any kind, take a page on our website for just £25 per year. You will get to benefit from the thousands people who browse our site every day. You will be listed in our directory, which will be linked to your page and your website if you have one.

Posts and Inclusion on this site does not mean that we endorse or recommend these establishments. We are a facility to assist reaching a wider audience to help the animals looking for homes. Some of the rescues we do have personal relationships with but many we don’t. If you know of something we don’t ie  a dodgy rescue centres please email me sam@getsetpet.co.uk or call me on 01273 252763 and we will look into it and remove them where needed. We rely on you to keep us informed please.

Please also remember that we update this site daily but sometime when a animal is homed it takes a while for that to filter through to our update. Please check with the rescue organisation directly to make sure an animal is still available. Thank you.
