I have two lovely Alaskan Shepard girls, Sisters only 17months and I can't believe how big they are. People actually do a double take when I tell them they are girls also when I say they are sisters because of the differences with them both one is black, tan , and cream the other cream, black and white. But I would'nt change them they are very loyal, loving and so protective.

I think I just got a collie/Staff cross! My poor elderly Staff had to be put down last week, he was so poorly. I was devastated. I wasn't going to get another dog straight away, but someone was going to put this sweet thing in the pound, so I took her on. She is 9 months old mostly Staff, so very muscular, but with a Border Collie face and eyes. She is so much more energetic than a Staff, if that's possible! She jumps like a kangaroo and loons around the house at high speed. I just hope she doesn't eat my house like my last Border Collie did lol! She has cheered me up no end.

We have a 6 year old Basset x Beagle in the UK, she is beautiful and a wonderful Dog. She looks perfectly half and half, with shorter legs (although not as short as a Basset) longer ears (although not as long as a Basset) and a Beagle snout! She is more than happy to be a lazy Dog but when out on walks can run for miles like a Beagle. A wonderful wonderful cross. She does however malt considerably! We have always let her walk off the lead and have never had a problem. We do have to make sure that she remains bottom of the pack otherwise she can become naughty and is quite sneaky (too smart for her own good!) We have a 1 year old Daughter and our Dog is her best friend, they love each other!

Highly recommended breed
