CROSS BREED PROFILE: Shorkie (Yorkshire Terrier x Shih Tzu Cross)
A Yorkshire Terrier and a Shih Tzu mix. They are usually quite small and have a long silky coat.
They don’t really shed any fur so they could be ideal for people with an allergy. Shorkies are usually black, brown or golden in color.
And a very cute Shorkie puppy!
Shorkies are great family dogs and very easy going. They love their owners and can’t stand to be away from them for too long. Shorkies rarely bark except when playing.
Shorkies are intelligent and easy to train. Sometimes there can be cases of stubbornness. The coat needs to be brushed at least every other day to prevent matting and tangles. You will need to get them trimmed to at your local dog groomers
